Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original luxury box along with the invoice and any authenticity certificates to prevent damage during transit.

  Courier Collection

  We will arrange for a secure courier pickup from your location in the UAE or provide instructions for international shipping.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
